Terms & Conditions — Mersawi Surf Experience | Experience Morocco Beyond The Waves

These Terms & Conditions, together with any written information sent to you before confirming your stay, form the basis of your agreement with Mersawi Surf Experience. Please read them carefully as they outline both your rights and responsibilities, and ours.

By booking with us (via WhatsApp, email, or form), you confirm that:

You have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
You are over 18 years old and accept financial responsibility for the booking.
You have the authority to book on behalf of all persons included.
You consent to the use of your personal information for booking and communication purposes.

Prices & Payments

All prices are listed per person, in euros (€). Your booking is confirmed only after a 30% deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at Mersawi Surf Experience (cash in EUR/MAD). Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival require full payment in advance. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retroactively after confirmation. Cancellations

We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible through WhatsApp or email. Refund Policy: • 6+ weeks before arrival: 100% refund • 6–4 weeks before arrival: 75% refund (part of deposit kept) • Less than 4 weeks: 50% refund (full deposit kept) • Less than 2 weeks: No refund No refunds are issued for shortened stays, unused days, or missed pre-booked activities after arrival.

Airport Transfers

Free transfers are provided for stays of 7 nights or more (Agadir Airport or nearby bus station). Transfers may be handled by our team or trusted drivers. Departure pickups are scheduled 3 hours before flight time. Late-night arrivals (00:00–06:00) may include a small additional fee.

Travel Documents & Insurance

A valid passport (and visa if required) is necessary for travel to Morocco. It is your responsibility to hold travel insurance covering medical care, injuries, surf accidents, theft or loss, and trip cancellation. Mersawi Surf Experience is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or medical costs during your stay.

Equipment Use & Responsibility

Surfboards and wetsuits provided are for lessons and surf activities included in your package. You are responsible for any damage to equipment. Repair or replacement fees are calculated based on the assessment of a professional shaper. We recommend taking our Board & Wetsuit Insurance add-on.

Surf Conditions & Lesson Adjustments

Surfing depends on nature. If waves or weather are unsuitable, we may adjust timings or offer alternative activities (Paradise Valley, local hikes, etc.). These may come at an additional cost. No discounts are provided for flat/no-surf days.

Guest Conduct

We're a community-based surf camp. We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and the property. We reserve the right to end your stay immediately, without refund, if you behave in a way that disturbs the peace, cause damage, act aggressively, or violate camp rules.

Liability

By booking with Mersawi Surf Experience, you acknowledge that surfing and ocean activities involve physical risks. You are responsible for assessing your own swimming ability and physical condition. You participate in all activities at your own risk.
